DUII counseling

Program Overview

What is a DUII Program?

A DUII program is a court-ordered treatment requirement for individuals charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) in Oregon. These programs address impaired driving related to alcohol or drug use while helping individuals meet legal obligations tied to their case.

In Oregon, a DUII program may include assessment, education, treatment, testing, and documentation submitted to the court or probation officer. Completion of a DUII program is required to resolve a case or work toward reinstating driving privileges.

What We Offer?

Our DUII program in Oregon supports DUII diversion clients. We understand that a DUII charge can impact your ability to work, drive, and maintain stability in your life. Our goal is to help you complete your requirements efficiently while focusing on meaningful behavior change.

Through a combination of education, group therapy, and individualized counseling, our Oregon DUII treatment addresses the underlying patterns connected to alcohol or drug use. This approach not only satisfies legal obligations but also reduces the likelihood of repeat offenses.

By completing the program, clients can work toward reinstating driving privileges and regaining control over their future.

Accurate documentation is critical in DUII cases. We manage all required records and reports in accordance with Oregon DUII regulations. This includes attendance verification, treatment progress, and completion documentation submitted to courts or probation officers as required.
